Getting ready for the pool excavation and the concrete cutting.
The fill is close to the proper level for the pool people to excavate and place their under pool plumbing and drain system in. The framer’s sill plates have been stacked up so the driveway could be graded to near final. Unfortunately, they’re right where the door to The Grotto is going to be cut.
The fill under the two downstairs bedrooms is also close to the proper level for a 6” slab to mate up with the foundation walls.
The Grotto has been roughly dug out and will be a bit larger than originally expected, since there wasn’t as much solid rock as expected.
