After 9 more months of searching, we found a truly amazing property in Larimer country. The owner wanted to sell in a hurry and he set a price that made sure it would do so. We knew we didn’t have much time, but Agents for Home Buyers came thru for us and had a contract in place before anyone else could even make an offer on it!
This time we knew the project was going to go because Larimer county, thank goodness, doesn’t even have county planners!
We have views that go from the northern plains, to downtown Denver, to Pikes Peak and Mount Meeker and Longs Peak to the west. From due north all the way around to just north of west, about 300° worth of views!
Fänas Architecture had never had a site like this one! After a lot of work, they came up with a design that captured those views.
